Return Policy for Zahabi Fit

This Return Policy applies to products and services provided by ZahabiFit ("we," "us," or "our"), including in-person home training and in-app training programs.

1. In-Person Home Training:

​

Due to the personalized nature of in-person home training, we generally do not offer refunds once a session has been conducted. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice may be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule sessions with sufficient notice, subject to availability.

• Dissatisfaction: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your initial in-person training session, please contact us within 2 days of the session to discuss your concerns. We will do our best to address the issue and find a suitable solution, which may include a partial refund or alternative arrangements at our discretion.

 

2. In-App Training Programs:

For in-app training programs, our refund policy depends on the specific subscription purchased:

• Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

• Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started using the program. After 14 days, no refunds are provided.

 

3. General Conditions:

• All refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the request is fraudulent or abusive.

• This Return Policy is subject to change without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
